What if I need my package urgently?
For urgent orders, we recommend placing your order before 1:00 PM PST Monday-Friday and selecting expedited shipping at checkout if available.
What if my tracking information isn’t updating?
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update. If it’s been longer than 24 hours, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
How can I change my shipping address?
To change your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.
